Enron: The Play?

I’m not an expert on the Enron case, but last I checked, Arthur Anderson was the firm’s accountants/consultants, not their legal representatives, right?

    sounds like they mean that Skilling fraudulently misrepresented the validity of the accounting docs

    Sounds like they think Arthur Anderson is a law firm to me, or, at best, they really don’t understand wtf they’re talking about.

      If Joe, Bess, Pressler or whoever can get us press passes thatd be sick. Not sure I wanna throw out my own $ on something that could either be fantastically entertaining or just downright embarassing.
