Attention Media: THIS is How You Use Video On the Web

I do not always have the time nor the inclination to watch a 5+ minute video (especially oen that begins with an ad I have to mute/ignore).  If you insist on using video on your website, it should ALWAYS be accompanied by a summary of what’s discussed in the video if not a transcript, as this great example from the BBC shows:

    I am in 100% agreement. I can stand nothing less than to watch video when I could simply read the article instead. The written word is far more accessible; you can skim the article, read only the sections you’re interested in, and lo-and-behold Google can index the content!
